Terms of Service

Honeydew is a home task prioritization tool that uses AI to help you decide what to do next. It is a decision-support tool only — not professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, safety, or otherwise). You are responsible for all decisions you make based on the Service's output.

AI-generated priority scores and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. We make no warranty that the Service's suggestions are correct, safe, or suitable for you.

You may use some features of the Service without an account. To save tasks and access them across sessions, you must sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hello@madedaley.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all task content you enter into the Service ("Your Content").

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — including sending task text to Anthropic's Claude API for AI scoring.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Is unlawful, threatening, or abusive
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner
• Use the Service to train AI models or compile datasets
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

The Service uses Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered task scores, and Google or Apple for authentication. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Task text you submit may be sent to and processed by Anthropic
• AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect
• We are not responsible for the outputs of third-party AI services
• Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy govern their handling of data
• Google's and Apple's own terms and privacy policies govern their handling of authentication data

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or change pricing in the future, with notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Made Daley LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@madedaley.com.

Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
