This Privacy Policy describes how Made Daley LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Honeydew at yourhoneydew.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Task content — the text of tasks you enter (e.g., "Fix leaky faucet")
Optional task inputs — any urgency, comfort, or notes you attach to tasks

Information collected via sign-in

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive:

Your email address
Your Google account ID or Apple user identifier

We do not receive or store your password. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, we receive an Apple-generated relay address instead.

Information stored locally before sign-in

Tasks you create before signing in are stored only in your browser's localStorage and never touch our servers until you log in, at which point they migrate to your account.

Usage and technical data

We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, primarily through our hosting provider Vercel.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the Service
Send your task content to Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI-based priority scores
Store your tasks and scores in our database (Supabase) so you can access them across sessions
Send you a periodic email digest of your task list (if you opt in), via Resend
Respond to support requests

Important: When you submit a task, its text is sent to Anthropic's API for scoring. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in task descriptions. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and task data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. After deletion, we may retain anonymized aggregate data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Session cookies set by Supabase for authentication
localStorage to temporarily store tasks before you sign in
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access the data we hold about you
Delete your account and all associated task data
Export your task data (where technically available)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@madedaley.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and Supabase’s built-in row-level security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
